I love cast-iron cookware. Already the kitchen has an enamelled cast-iron French oven and a baking tray. Now an oval casserole pot and grillpan are added to the range. This cookware is as good as modern non-stick in its performance on the stove and in the oven. Its performance lasts longer than modern non-stick cookware and is free of nylon. As a type of cookware the enamelled cast-iron is my favourite.
The “Le Creuset” brand I’d like to cook with to see if it really is the best of the enamelled cast-iron.
