My 12 week challenge is to lose 3.5 inches off my waist. That will take me down from 39.5 (100cm) to 36 inches. I’m not concerned about my weight after succeeding. Method: eat less, cycle more. Not too complicated.
Starting today I am on my way to a smaller waist. (oh, and better cycling fitness will be a freebie) Audax here I come.
